Gorgeous colours on this upcycled 3-tier cake stand by Royal Grafton. It's decorated with teal green, blue, pink and yellow florals.The fittings are brand new and made in England too. It will look really lovely to serve all those wonderful sweets and savouries.
High quality bone china. Made in England. The backstamp dates to the 1950s. In excellent vintage condition. No cracks, chips or crazing. Very very little signs of use.

China manufacturer A.B Jones and Sons was a family business founded by Alfred Bailey Jones in 1876. The founder was a pottery decorator, who then became a mayor of Longton. They used Grafton as trade name and later, Royal Grafton in the 1940s, when Queen Mary awarded them with a royal warrant, which was a mark of excellence. The pottery was sold to another firm in 1966 and it continued to operate until 1971.
