Stunning vintage cake plate and creamer set, sumptuously gilded in a floral pattern by Roslyn. We like the wavy edges and the cake plate is especially beautiful. The gold gilt is intact and bright. They look absolutely divine when light shines on them. A great addition to your white and gold china collection.
High quality, fine bone china. Made in England. The backstamp dates to the 1950s. In excellent vintage condition. No cracks, chips or crazing. Very very little sign of use.

One of the smaller Staffordshire potteries, Reid & Company used Roslyn as a trade name from 1913 to 1946. The company was renamed Roslyn China in 1946, and became a subsidiary of the Royal Albert. It continued to operate until 1963.
