Pretty little teapot by Duchess decorated with sweet pink rosebuds. A lovely vintage teapot for one and pours about 2-3 cups. The gold gilding is still bright and intact. Perfect for personal use or as a gift.

High quality fine bone china. Made in England. Dates to the 1960s-70s. In excellent vintage condition. No cracks, chips or crazing. The interior is clean and without stain.
Duchess is a mark used by a Staffordshire pottery A.T Finney & Son since 1947. It had earlier origins in 1888 before A.T Finney took over the business. It changed a few hands thereafter, before coming under (a different) Duchess China Ltd. Interestingly, it is one of the English potteries that has survived the times.
