What a beautiful teapot! This is by Shelley in a pattern called 'Daffodil Time' in pattern number 13370. Love the joyful yellow and scenic decoration that take you to someplace else 😍. A beautiful pattern and of high quality. Will complement your yellow china teacups or for you start on a collection! Highly collectible. 

High quality fine bone china. Made in England. There is a matching trio, cake plate and  creamer set.

Dimensions:
24cm (spout to handle); 17cm tall

The backstamp dates to c.1940s. In very good vintage condition. No cracks, chips or crazing. Interior is clean and without stain. There is however a small mark on the handle. If you can live with this, it will make a wonderful addition to your teapot collection.

Shelley Potteries was one of the leading makers of beautiful English fine bone china. It had early origins in earthenware production as Foley Potteries, traded as Wileman & Co. in 1872, then rebranded as Shelley Potteries in 1925. Shelley China was acquired by Allied British Potteries in 1966. There is a wealth of information online, through collectors clubs and books for Shelley and Wileman enthusiasts.
