Beauties from the 1950s with the most wonderful colours. These Royal Grafton teacup trios are decorated with a teal green, blue, pink and yellow floral pattern. Very pleasing to the eyes when sipping tea.There is a matching cake stand in a separate listing.

High quality bone china. Made in England. The backstamp dates to the 1950s. In excellent vintage condition. No cracks, chips or crazing. Very very little signs of use.

A.B Jones and Sons started out as a family business founded by Alfred Bailey Jones in 1876. The founder was a pottery decorator, who then became a mayor of Longton. They used Grafton as trade name and later, Royal Grafton in the 1940s, when Queen Mary awarded them with a royal warrant, which was a mark of excellence. The pottery was sold to another firm in 1966 and it continued to operate until 1971.
