A beautiful antique teacup in the deepest blush colour, and handpainted with lovely ribbons and roses. Produced by Reid & Co, which was before it became Roslyn China. This is a gorgeous handmade trio, with scalloped edges and rims. Will make a lovely gift for a vintage lover or even for yourself!
High quality, fine bone china. Made in England. The backstamp dates to c1913. In very good vintage condition. No cracks, chips or crazing. Some wear to the gold on handle, but wonderful overall considering its age.
One of the smaller Staffordshire potteries, Reid & Company used Roslyn as a trade name from 1913 to 1946. The company was renamed Roslyn China in 1946, and became a subsidiary of the Royal Albert. It continued to operate until 1963.
Important Note: Please expect condition of vintage and antique items to naturally have signs of age and use, unless it's stated otherwise.
