A grand dame of a teapot, from the late 1800s that has survived the passage of time. Beautiful full-size Victorian teapot with swags, rosebuds, leafy pattern and gold gilding. The white of the porcelain is beautiful and so is the hand-painted decoration. This teapot is over a 100 years old. A wonderful addition to your teapot collection, whether for display or use.
High quality bone china, made in England. There is no marking at the base which is consistent with Victorian porcelain production at that time.
In good vintage condition. There is some wear to the pattern that commensurate with age. Some colour bleed to the front and back of teapot. No cracks or crazing, which is wonderful considering its age. The interior is clean and without stain.
