The size of teacups and saucers is slightly smaller than usual. The teapot serves 3-4 cups.
High quality bone china, made in England. The set dates to the 1940s. In excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks or crazing. Some very minor wear to the gold that commensurate with age.
One of the Staffordshire potteries, Salisbury China operated from c.1927 to 1961, when Thomas Poole took over the business.
